Gregory comes from a small town in Kentucky and currently resides in Denver, CO. Early on, people noticed that he was adept at the human experience. He was keenly insightful about others and able to see the “why” of things. Because of Gregory’s insight, he sought out his degree in Psychology from The University of Central Florida. His Coaching Certification from Southwest Institute of Healing Arts supplemented his inherent ability to work with others. Although he has worked in several industries – it has always involved helping others. He has worked in the non-profit sector with children and families for over 13 years. Through his work with hundreds of families, he has been able to work with the most challenging dynamics to support children, caregivers with various clinical modalities.
All families can get trapped in patterns that hurt caregivers, children, and the glue that binds a family together – relationship. Sometimes it takes great courage to ask for an outside third party to look at things and offer new insight and perspective. He has seen the possibility that children can overcome great adversity to become great humans. They need love, time, patience and guidance in order for their natural, wonderful and creative selves to shine through. Caregivers sometimes just need someone to walk alongside them to remind them of who they are, where they are at and how to get to the destination – a family that laughs and loves one another in both good times and challenging times.
